From Davao, with Love ♥ - Part 2

This is still a part of our Jampacked Day 1! So, to continue..

SHRINE OF THE HOLY INFANT JESUS OF PRAGUE
Matina Hill

JACK'S RIDGE RESORT AND RESTAURANT
Shrine Hills, Matina

We just dropped by since it just across Shrine. Didn't stay that long but I think it's a good place to have a dinner or just chill out.

This welcomed us! Cute! :)
You'll have the view of Davao, downtown
They also have an amphitheater.
A playground. (they also have a pool, didn't have the chance to see it)

Our second and third day was spent at Samal Island, which will be my next post. For now, let's just stick to Davao City.

Our fourth day is supposed to be wakeboarding. We were really excited but sadly, the park is close every Monday so we just then decided to shop that day for pasalubongs at Aldevinco Shopping Center and went malling at Abreeza Mall (Ayala Mall)

We had our dinner at Dusk Till Dawn
Yummy native chicken with unlimited rice. :))

DECA WAKEBOARD PARK
Brgy. Mintal

Dahil sawi talaga kami, hindi rin kami nakapagwakeboard kasi sarado talaga ang park. May nasirang cable. We went there, Monday sabi nung guard na nakausap namin, bumalik kami next day. Bumalik kami ng Tuesday not knowing wala pala silang balak magopen dahil sa sira ng cable. So, napikon naman kaming lahat! Kinausap ang management at nagreklamo. Nagkaroon tuloy kami ng passes na walang expiry pero di rin namin nagamit. Pwera na lang kung babalik kami soon. :)

Since mabait ako. Hihi. I'll share this to you! Bongga din naman kasi ang wake board park nila.

GUMAMELA CAVEROCK FARM RESORT

While we're on our way to Deca, we kept on seeing a signage leading to this resort. When we knew we could no longer wake, everyone decided to go to that Gumamela resort. :)

Oh well, it was a nice resort and not your ordinary resort! The place is full of history and there were a lot of stories behind it! It is a former military camp of  the Japanese Army on World War II. Check out their website for more information!

 Rooms.
Cottages
Of course, Gumamela flower everywhere
Gumamela sculptures
the pool
Beside the pool is the largest Gumamela!! :)
 Caverock Restroom
May something sa taas. :|
It is really amazing. Pero super scary sa loob. As in!!
Here's a nicer photo from the male restroom.
I like the umiilaw shower :))

Apologies, it took me so long to post one.

Next: SAMAL ISLAND. :)

Chinx♥
